First one I looked at, the only one I looked at. It had everything I wanted.
It came with everything shown. A/C, space heater, fan ("climate-controlled for your comfort"), Vintage formica table, turquoise room screen, new toilet and shower, giant water heater and a smaller water heater, too. Mini fridge.
The seller basically stripped the inside, and then added new plywood walls, linoleum floor, and a synthetic bead board ceiling. He lived in it for a year, in Colorado, which is why he installed the mammoth water heater. This camper is very airtight, and he went to great lengths to get it to waterproof condition (at least for the moment). More about that later.
The back "window treatment" was a shower curtain tacked in place, and the other windows had black sheers, cut in half with a steak knife, apparently! Or maybe a pair of manicure scissors.
